Pneumatic line designed to transport plastic bottles from picking mezzanines to a storage area

service description

The project was designed to transport plastic bottles from a waste stream to a bunker located away from the picking area. This pneumatic transportation eliminates the need for manual transportation of the material reducing both the labors cost and the maintenance cost of transportation trolleys.
The system consist of a pipe line between a temporary bunker and a suction fan that transport the material from the temporary bunker to an airlock and then the material then gets disposed to the storage bunker.
